Some rules for your stay
At Mabel Lake Condos, we aim to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable vacation experience. Our policies are designed to ensure that all guests have a comfortable and safe stay. From check-in and check-out times to pet policies and smoking regulations, we prioritize your well-being and satisfaction. Please review our policies before booking your stay with us.
Check-in /Check-out:
Condo check-in days and times allow us to facilitate proper cleaning.

Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is a firm 10am.

C203 stays run from Saturday to Saturday

D104 stays run from Sunday to Sunday

Cancellation
A full refund will be offered if you cancel your stay 2 weeks before your arrival date.
If less than 2 weeks notice is given, there will be no refund given.

Minimum length of stay
*A minimum of 7 nights stay is required by the Lakeside Estates strata bylaws.
You are welcome to stay longer than 7 nights; however, your minimum stay must be at least 7 nights.

Smoking
There is no smoking or vaping permitted anywhere in the condo or on the exterior condo decks. Designated smoking/vaping areas are clearly marked outside, and are located near the parking area on the East side of the condo lot.
​
Pets
Only condo D104 allows for pets - maximum one medium size dog is allowed in this unit. There are no pets allowed in condo C203.​​
